Murray Supervisor of Records January 11, 2021 SPR20/2582; SPR20/2588 Jeanne Downs Town of Wayland School Committee 41 Cochituate Road Wayland, MA 01788 Dear Ms. Downs: I have received the petitions of Corey Spaulding appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Wayland (Town) requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Spaulding requested various email communications involving an identified individual. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Mrs. Spaulding a response to her requests. Accordingly, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Ms. Spaulding may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
