G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Jarmanning requested any written feedback provided to the Boston Police Reform Task Force. Having received no response, Ms. Jarmanning petitioned this office. This office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 7, 2021. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
