The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records January 11, 2021 SPR20/2594 Ms. Laura Gemme Town of Reading – Office of the Town Clerk Town Hall 16 Lowell Street Reading, MA 01967 Dear Ms. Gemme: I have received the petition of Mr. Rob Fasulo appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Reading to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Fasulo submitted a request for “an electronic copy of the registered voter list for your municipality dated 11/2/2020 to present.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Fasulo petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. This office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 4, 2021. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Fasulo may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
