The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records January 12, 2021 SPR20/2595 Ms. Brenda G. Fernandez City of Quincy Office of the City Clerk 1305 Hancock Street, 2nd Floor Quincy, MA 02169 Dear Ms. Fernandez: I have received the petition of Rob Fasulo appealing the nonresponse of the City of Quincy (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Fasulo requested “an electronic copy of the registered voter list for your municipality dated 11/2/2020 to present.” Having received no response, Mr. Fasulo petitioned this office. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Fasulo may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
