The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records January 6, 2021 SPR20/2617 Robin Phelan Town of Boxford 7A Spofford Road Boxford, MA 01921 Dear Ms. Phelan: I have received the petition of Rob Fasulo appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Boxford (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Fasulo requested a voter list within the possession of the Town. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Fasulo petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Fasulo’s request with a response sent on January 6, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Fasulo may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
