G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Wilkinson submitted a request for “any amendments to the Securus Technologies’ contract with the Massachusetts’ Department of Corrections for the ICS prison phone service contract, since amendment 4” within the possession of the Office. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Wilkinson petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. This office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 13, 2021. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
