The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records January 13, 2021 SPR21/0036 Attorney Arielle Mullaney Executive Office of Public Safety and Security 1 Ashburton Place Room 2133 Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Arielle Mullaney: I have received the petition of Ms. Karina Wilkinson appealing the nonresponse of the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (Office) to her request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Wilkinson submitted a request for “any amendments to the Securus Technologies’ contract with the Massachusetts’ Department of Corrections for the ICS prison phone service contract, since amendment 4” within the possession of the Office. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Wilkinson petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. This office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 13, 2021. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Wilkinson may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
