G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 3, 2020, Mr. Herman requested the 2019 charitable filings for the “Fund for Boston Neighborhoods.” Previous Appeal The requested records were the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR20/2543 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (January 6, 2021). In my January 6th determination, I found the Office provided Mr. Herman with a response to his request dated January 5, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Office’s January 5th response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office, and appeal SPR21/0056 was opened as a result. Conclusion Subsequently, I learned that the Office made responsive records available on January 22, 2021. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
