See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 23, 2020, Mr. Swinson requested “emails, mail, applications, meeting notes (of all participants), minutes, phone logs, meeting postings, filings to the DEP or other state agencies” pertaining to a Town project. Claiming to not yet have received the responsive records, Mr. Swinson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/0072, was opened as a result. It is my understanding a representative of the Town provided a response dated January 7, 2021. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Swinson may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
