O’Connell, Esq. of Farrell Smith O’Connell appealing the response of the Town of Rockport (Town) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § l0A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 10, 2020, Attorney O’Connell requested the following records: “[a]ny and all records regarding [named individual] and his employment … and/or service … beginning from January 1, 2018 until present, including but not limited to reports, notes, statements, documents, and emails from, to and/or between any combination of the following [named individuals].” Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Attorney O’Connell petitioned this office and as a result SPR21/0091 and SPR21/0092 were opened. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Attorney O’Connell’s requests with a response sent on January 25, 2021. Where these appeals were opened as a result of the Town’s December 24, 2020 response, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
