Murray Supervisor of Records January 22, 2021 SPR21/0095 Stefanie Reinhorn Town of Southborough – Public Schools 53 Parkerville Road Southborough, MA 01772 Dear Ms. Reinhorn: I have received the petition of Corey Spaulding appealing the nonresponse of the Southborough Public School District (District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Spaulding requested “any and all information regarding how the Southborough School Committee accepts grants.” Having received no response, Ms. Spaulding petitioned our office. If issues remain unresolved, Ms. Spaulding may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
