The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records January 27, 2021 SPR21/0104 Ms. Lisa J. Hardin Town of Millis Veterans Memorial Building 900 Main Street, Room 124 Millis, MA 02054 Dear Ms. Hardin: I have received the petition of Rob Fasulo appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Millis (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Fasulo requested records pertaining to “an electronic copy of [Millis’] voter list used around the time of the November 3rd Election.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Fasulo petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Conclusion Subsequently, I learned that the Town sent the requested records on January 25, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Fasulo may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
