Howey appealing the response of the Boston Public Health Commission (Commission) to their request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 1, 2020, S. Howey requested the following records: “…all Computer Aided Dispatch Transcripts (CADs), all incident reports, Calls For Service Reports, all incident reports, all reports, all documents, all audio files for 911 calls, all digital files, all log book entries, all 911 documents pertaining to [a specific address] Boston from Nov. 1, 2020 to Dec. 31, 2020.” The Commission provided a response on January 15, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Commission’s response, S. Howey petitioned this office, and SPR21/0108 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Commission responded to S. Howey’s request with a subsequent response sent on January 29, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Commission’s January 15th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. S. Howey may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
