Box 171 Onset, MA 02558 Dear Ms. Goodell: I have received the petition of Lisa Morales appealing the nonresponse of the Onset Fire District (District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Morales requested all Prudential Committee meeting minutes from August 2020 to October 2020. Having received no response, Ms. Morales petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the District provided a supplemental response on January 27, 2020. In light of this supplemental response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Ms. Morales may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
