G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 13, 2020, Ms. Garthe requested numerous documents from the Town. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR20/2404 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (December 16, 2020). On January 25, 2021, the Town provided a response. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Garthe appealed, and SPR21/0167 was opened as a result Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Garthe’s request with a response sent on February 1, 2021.
