Vernon Coleman Lynn Police Department 300 Washington St Lynn, MA 01902-4718 Dear Lt. Coleman: I have received the petition of Darlene Murphy appealing the response of the City of Lynn Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Murphy requested a certain “booking video and “fingerprint card.” Ms. Murphy appealed the Department’s response to this office and this appeal was opened. The Department provided a supplemental response on Januarary 26, 2021. In light of this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Murphy may appeal the substantive nature of the response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
