G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). The Framingham Reporter requested several electronic mail records within the possession of the Town relating to a certain individual. Claiming to not yet have received a response, the Framingham Reporter petitioned this office and SPR21/0181 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to the Framingham Reporter’s request with a response sent on February 8, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
