G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 7, 2021, Framingham Reporter requested, “all written and electronic communications with any board, committee, employee, counsel or any other entity associated with the Town of Natick, MA from January 1, 2020 to the present.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Framingham Reporter petitioned this office and SPR21/0183 was opened as a result.
