G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Sutter is seeking identified records from 1/1/2013 to 1/1/2020. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Sutter petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Conclusion Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Sutter’s request with a response sent on January 26, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Sutter may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
