The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records February 2, 2021 SPR21/0203 Seah Levy Records Access Officer City of Cambridge 795 Massachusetts Avenue Cambridge, MA 02139 Dear Ms. Levy: I have received the petition of Mr. John Hawkinson appealing the nonresponse of the City of Cambridge (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 15, 2020, Mr. Hawkinson requested records related to the City’s FY21 Capital Budget proposal. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Hawkinson petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a response on February 1, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the lack of response by the City, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hawkinson may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
