G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 29, 2020, Mr. Wallack requested “[a]n electronic copy of the municipality's public list of registered voters, also known as the voter file.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Wallack petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a response with respect to Mr. Wallack’s request on February 2, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of response to Mr. Wallack’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wallack may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
