The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records February 10, 2021 SPR21/0214 Mr. Robert T. Carver Town Clerk Town of Webster 350 Main Street Webster, MA 01570 Dear Mr. Carver: I have received the petition of Todd Wallack appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Webster (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 29, 2020, Mr. Wallack requested the following records, “[a]n electronic copy of the municipality's public list of registered voters, also known as the voter file.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Wallack petitioned this office and SPR21/0214 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Wallack’s request with a response sent on February 10, 2021. Given that the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wallack may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
