G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 29, 2020, Mr. Wallack requested “[a]n electronic copy of the municipality’s public list of registered voters, also known as the voter file.” Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Wallack’s request with a response sent on February 10, 2021. Given that the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
