Murray Supervisor of Records February 16, 2021 SPR21/0219 Sarah Allen West Brookfield’s Town Clerk’s Office 2 East Main Street West Brookfield, MA 01585 Dear Ms. Allen: I have received the petition of Todd Wallack appealing the nonresponse of the West Brookfield Town Clerk’s Office (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Wallack requested the Town’s voter rolls. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Wallack a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wallack may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
