The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records February 8, 2021 SPR21/0221 Ms. Carla Vitale Town of Winthrop Town Clerk One Metcalf Square, Room 5 Winthrop, MA 02152 Dear Ms. Vitale: I have received the petition of Mr. Todd Wallack appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Winthrop Town Clerk (Town) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Wallack submitted a request for “a copy of the [Town’s] voter rolls.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Wallack petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated Monday, February 8, 2020. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wallack may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
