Galvin Town Clerk Town of Milton 525 Canton Avenue Milton, MA 02186 Dear Ms. Galvin: I have received the petition of Todd Wallack appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Milton (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Wallack requested the “municipality voter rolls” within the possession of the Town. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Wallack petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Wallack’s request with a response sent on February 1, 2021, including the requested voter rolls. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wallack may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
