Box 508 Brimfield, MA 01010 Dear Mr. Sullivan: I have received the petition of Todd Wallack of the Boston Globe appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Brimfield Office of the Town Clerk (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 29, 2020, Mr. Wallack is seeking an electronic copy of the municipality's public list of registered voters, also known as the voter file. Mr. Wallack additionally states he is not seeking a copy of the voter history file. Claiming to not yet have received the responsive records, Mr. Wallack petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/0225, was opened as a result. It is my understanding a representative of the Town provided a response dated February 2, 2021 to Mr. Wallack. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wallack may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
