Murray Supervisor of Records February 3, 2021 SPR21/0228 Lori West Town Clerk Town of Hull 253 Atlantic Avenue Hull, MA 02045 Dear Ms. West: I have received the petition of Joe DiFazio appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Hull (Hull) in his request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. DiFazio submitted a request for identified communications. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. DiFazio petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 2, 2021. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. DiFazio may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
