G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Wallack requested “[a]n electronic copy of the municipality’s public list of registered voters, also known as the voter file.” After records were provided by the Town, Mr. Wallack made an appeal to this office because the “town withheld key information from the voter file, including the dates of birth of voters.” The Town provided this office with a response on February 4, 2021, which was provided to Mr. Wallack. In light of this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wallack may appeal the substantive nature of the response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
