G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 23, 2020, Mr. Hall requested a specified inventory form. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Hall petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. In an email dated February 16, 2021, the City confirmed that a response has been provided to Mr. Hall. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of response to Mr. Hall’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
