Ward, CMC/CMMC Office of the Town Clerk Town of Ashland 101 Main Street, 1st Floor Ashland, MA 01721 Dear Ms. Ward: I have received the petition of Stephen Morgan appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Ashland to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Morgan requested various documents related to dig sites at a specified property. Having received no response, Mr. Morgan petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided a supplemental response on February 18, 2021. In light of this supplemental response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Morgan may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
