G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 22, 2021, Mr. Seferian requested, “…information on behalf of the Massachusetts Community College Council (MCCC) about funding from the Federal CARES Act at on November 12, 2020 to the [named] lead negotiator for Board of Higher Education (BHE) …” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Seferian petitioned this office and SPR21/0350 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the College responded to Mr. Seferain’s request with a response sent on February 20, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the College’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Seferian may appeal the substantive nature of the College’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
