Murray Supervisor of Records February 23, 2021 SPR21/0353 Jordan Smock Executive Director, Marketing and Communications Roxbury Community College 1234 Columbus Avenue Boston, Massachusetts 02120-3400 Dear Ms. Smock: I have received the petition of Bret Seferian of the Massachusetts Teachers Association appealing the nonresponse of the Roxbury Community College (College) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 22, 2021, Mr. Seferian requested, “… information on behalf of Massachusetts Community College Council (MCCC) about funding from the Federal CARES Act on November 12, 2020 to the lead negotiator for Board of Higher Education (BHE) …” Subsequently, I learned that the College provided Mr. Seferian a response to his request on February 12th. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Seferian may appeal the substantive nature of the College response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
