Murray Supervisor of Records March 1, 2021 SPR21/0371 Seah Levy City of Cambridge 795 Massachusetts Avenue, Room 320 Cambridge, MA 02139 Dear Ms. Levy: I have received the petition of Ralph Caferelli of Cafarelli Law, L.L.C., appealing the response of the City of Cambridge (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 20, 2020, Attorney Cafarelli requested “. . . copies of all 911 tapes, 911 logs, and Police Reports in the possession, custody or control of the Cambridge Police Department relative to a collision between two bicyclists that occurred on or about November 3, 2017 at approximately 4:22 p.m. along Memorial Drive, Cambridge, Massachusetts . . .” In a letter dated February 24, 2021, Attorney Cafarelli informed this office he wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal.
