G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 25, 2021, Ms. Morales requested the following records: “1. The Contract with [named persons] January 1, 2019 to present. 2. All correspondence electronic or otherwise with [named persons] January 1, 2019 to present.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Morales petitioned this office and SPR21/0377 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Morales’ request with a response sent on February 24, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Morales may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
