See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 28, 2021, Mr. Haddadin submitted a request for a report relating to an identified January 15, 2021 incident. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Haddadin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/0383, was opened as a result. It is my understanding no further response has been provided. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Mr. Haddadin with a response to the request provided in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within ten (10) business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
