G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Petroni requested a list of every business that had a COVID positive case. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Petroni petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Petroni’s request with a response sent on February 7, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Petroni may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
