Murray Supervisor of Records March 5, 2021 SPR21/0433 Todd Palmer Super RAO City of Framingham 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Mr. Palmer: I have received the petition of Frank Wood appealing the nonresponse of the City of Framingham Office of the Mayor (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 1, 2021, Mr. Wood requested “...all documentation on Rachel Road and its conversion from private to public road.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and SPR21/0433 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that a representative from the City intends on providing a written response to Mr. Wood to his request. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide Mr. Wood with a response made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Wood may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days.
