G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 10, 2021, Ms. Garthe requested numerous documents from the Division. Please note, the requirements for an appeal are follows: Such appeal shall be in writing, and all appeals to the Supervisor must include a copy of the original request, any responses by the RAO, and a statement indicating the reason for the appeal. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). In Ms. Garthe’s letter of appeal to this office, the required copy of the response from the Division was not provided. Given that a copy of the response was not included, I am unable to process the appeal at this time.
