G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 4, 2021, Ms. Caffrey requested records of “… any payments [from City] made to Brody, Hardoon, Perkins & Kesten, LLP.” Having received no response, Ms. Caffrey petitioned this office and SPR21/0449 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City responded to Ms. Caffrey’s request on February 22, 2021. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Caffrey may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
