The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records March 9, 2021 SPR21/0451 Noelia Valdez, RAO Health Department City of Framingham 150 Concord St. Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Ms. Valdez: I have received the petition of Susan Petroni appealing the response of the City of Framingham (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 1, 2021, Ms. Petroni requested “a list of all businesses in the City of Framingham that reported an employee that tested positive for COVID·19 in January 2021.” The City provided a response on February 12, 2021, indicating the City needed until March 8, 2021, to respond to the request. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Ms. Petroni petitioned this office and SPR21/0451 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff attorney of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City provided responsive records to Ms. Petroni’s on March 8, 2021. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Ms. Petroni may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
