King of SPEDWatch, Inc. appealing the response of the Town of Duxbury (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 19, 2020, Ms. King requested, “… Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Letters of Finding for [identified] complaints … redacted of any confidential information.” On January 5, 2021, the Town provided a response. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. King appealed, and SPR21/0454 was opened as a result Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. King’s request with a response sent on March 2, 2021.
