G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 1, 2021, Attorney Freitas requested various records and reports related to a specified officer. Having received no response, Attorney Freitas petitioned this office. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a response on March 3, 2021. Whereas this appeal was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
