G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 14, 2021, Mr. Ferry requested a “copy of the investigative report that was funded by the Fall River School Department.” The School provided a response to Mr. Ferry’s request on February 26, 2021, which was the appealed by Mr. Ferry to this office. In an email on February 27, 2021, Mr. Ferry informed this office that the “Secretary of State's office is currently reviewing a similar request for the same documents.” After a conversation with this office, Mr. Ferry wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal. Accordingly, per Mr. Ferry’s request to withdraw his appeal, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
