G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 10, 2021, the Framingham Reporter requested, “… all public records requests ("FOIA" requests) and responses to those requests for the requests listed on the Natick ‘FOIADirect’ [identified] website.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, the Framingham Reporter petitioned this office and SPR21/0529 was opened as a result. Despite notification of this appeal and communication from a staff member of the Public Records Division, it remains unclear whether the Town has provided a response. As such, the Town is ordered to provide the Framingham Reporter with a written response. Said response shall be made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. The Framingham Reporter may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
