Murray Supervisor of Records March 11, 2021 SPR21/0536 Greg Lucey City of Malden Office of the City Clerk 110 Pleasant Street Malden, MA 02148 Dear Mr. Lucey: I have received the petition of Brian DeLacey appealing the nonresponse of the City of Malden Office of the City Clerk (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 5, 2021, Mr. DeLacey requested certain email for the time period of October 15, 2020 to the present. Where the City provided a further response to Mr. DeLacey’s modified request on March 8, 2021 and a subsequent response on March 10, 2021, which included responsive records, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. DeLacey may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
