Murray Supervisor of Records March 16, 2021 SPR21/0541 Helen Rush-Lloyd Records Access Officer Department of Public Health 250 Washington Street Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Rush-Lloyd: I have received the petition of Christopher Michaud appealing the response of the Department of Public Health (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 15, 2021, Mr. Michaud requested: 1. DPH weekly allocations of Pfizer to each provider beginning January 19th including approvals to sites made by DPH up to and including February 13th. 2. DPH weekly allocations of Moderna to each provider beginning January 19th including approvals to sites made by DPH up to and including February 13th. 3. Do not include Moderna or Pfizer distribution through the Federal Pharmacy Program including approvals to sites made by DPH up to and including February 13th. 4. Results of weekly survey from Vaccine Unit for Gillette Stadium and Fenway mass vaccination site from January 19th through February 16th. 5. Any contracts or RFQ between the Vaccine Unit and mass vaccination sites. The Department provided an initial response on March 3, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Michaud petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/0541, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, in an email correspondence on March 16, 2021, a representative of the Department informed this office that the Department intends on providing Mr. Michaud with a supplemental response.
