G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Craw requested a “list of the Respondents to the Request for RFQ and a copy of the SOQs for each GC/CM Respondent” regarding a construction project. Mr. Craw appealed the Town’s response to this office and this appeal was opened. The Town provided a supplemental response on March 17, 2021. In light of this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Craw may appeal the substantive nature of the March 17th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
