The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records March 18, 2021 SPR21/0567 Vicki Oliveira Town of Fairhaven 40 Center Street Fairhaven, MA 02719 Dear Ms. Oliveira: I have received the petition of Beth David appealing the response of Town of Fairhaven (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 22, 2021, Ms. David requested, “a copy of Fairhaven Selectboard Executive Session minutes for February 11, 2019.” The Town provided responsive records with redactions. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. David petitioned this office and SPR21/0567 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided a supplemental response to Ms. David on March 11, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s previous response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. David may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Beth David Thomas P.
