G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 22, 2021, Ms. David requested, “a copy of Fairhaven Selectboard Executive Session minutes for February 11, 2019.” The Town provided responsive records with redactions. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. David petitioned this office and SPR21/0567 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided a supplemental response to Ms. David on March 11, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s previous response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
