Director of Public Records City of Boston 1 City Hall Plaza, Room 615 Boston, MA 02201 Dear Attorney Williams: I have received the petition of Ms. Maggie Mulvihill appealing the nonresponse of the City of Boston (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 14, 2021, Ms. Mulvihill requested “all records related to earnings paid to civilian and sworn personnel assigned to any community service office in the city. I request this information from Jan. 1, 2019 to present.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Mulvihill petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that a response was provided to Ms. Mulvihill dated January 29, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of response to Ms. Mulvihill’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mulvihill may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
