G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sinni requested copies of records pertaining to a certain complaint. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Sinni petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Sinni’s request with a response sent on March 11, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
